banking services include placement of difficult-to-finance transactions,
such as real estate limited liability corporations and health facilities.
As investment bankers, we structure and sell internal energy loan, lease
and Energy Service Agreement
portfolios
for large and small C&I, residential, municipal,
state and federal customers. We review internal financing agreements,
documentation and process to maximize the portfolio's sales value to the
secondary market and help establish cost effective "second-look" credit
policies to improve implementation.
Finance Program
Design
Catalyst provides complete financial
design, training, implementation, and field support for programs involving
commercial, industrial, residential, municipal and federal customers. This
includes financial and investment banking advice, how to integrate
financing into the marketing process, understanding which financial
products and lenders will best serve targeted customers, creating a
for-profit captive finance company, and evaluating and redirecting loan
documentation and credit standards for commercial finance programs.
In addition, Catalyst
designs and implements third-party commercial and residential financing
programs that can replace internally funded loan programs. Our programs
typically include third-party lenders and grant-based funding programs for
nonprofit and municipal customers. We provide a proprietary interactive
decision process to evaluate third-party lenders relative to the
customer's needs.
