Catalyst works with you as investment advisors to structure transactions and source low cost funding for larger transactions.  Our investment banking services include placement of difficult-to-finance transactions, such as real estate limited liability corporations and health facilities.  As investment bankers, we structure and sell internal energy loan, lease and Energy Service Agreement portfolios for large and small C&I, residential, municipal, state and federal customers. We review internal financing agreements, documentation and process to maximize the portfolio's sales value to the secondary market and help establish cost effective "second-look" credit policies to improve implementation.
